Delivery： absoloutley horrible, communication was very touch and go was told it would take 30-45 days from date of order, it took 75+ days to get here, whilst it was being delayed i had conatced them and they apologised and said they would refund 50% once the order was delievered. once the order got they delievered i contacted them and they said sorry we cant help you and are now refusing to help. Design： the design is fine however they have sent sizes i didnt order instead of what i asked for Quality： alot of the collars have minor imperfections in which i am quite upset with . Service： they are now refusing to respond to me when i had asked why sevral collars have puncture holes inn the wrong spot. all in all i woudlnt recomended this supplier
